Chairman’s Letter. Dec. 2013

Pastors and Ministers of the Church,

The sacred season of the celebration of the birth of our Lord and Savior, brings to us the remembrance of the reason for the abundant grace of God given us by Jesus Christ (1 Cor. 1:4). The Salvation of God amongst us! To God be all the glory.

As I write today, only a few days before the Christmas celebrations, I am rejoicing in my spirit, for I know that there is coming a day in which we shall sing a great hallelujah chorus. We shall worship our Messiah, our Lord of lords and our King of kings! I’m looking for the day.

Looking ahead into 2014

As we look ahead to the year that we are about to cross over into, we are grateful for the move of God that we are witnessing within the fellowship. As we see those in the States reach out to the communities throughout our country, we are excited to see what God is doing. From the north to the south, we see the Lord opening many opportunities for the building of His Kingdom. As we continue to build the momentum for the Timothy Ministry, ministers and pastors are being raised up, and outreach ministries, new schools and congregations are being formed.

For those of you who are pressing on, laboring for the Lord Jesus, be reminded that time is short! Our Lord Jesus is returning and there are so many amongst us that are without the saving knowledge of the Lord. I encourage you, press on as never before. Let not the situations nor the voices of this world discourage you. You have been commissioned by the Lord God! Lift up the name of Jesus today!

As we continue to unite together now and into the season ahead, your special Christmas & New Years offering shall provide seed for the ministry on the horizon. May the love of Christ be your testimony. Thank you for your partnership today.

Blessings to you and your family,

Pastors Simeon & Marissa Strauser

Chairman’s Letter. Nov. 2013

Pastors and Ministers of the Church,

Greetings to you today in the wonderful name of our Lord Jesus. Today we give all honor and praise to our Lord, our one and only Great Shepherd, our King of Kings! We rejoice in the Lord! Rejoice in the Lord alway, and again I say rejoice. Ph. 4:4. In these days of Thanksgiving, may your thanks unto the Lord be for His saving grace and His mighty hand of shelter and strength (Prov. 18:10)

PA Conference and NE Summit – Developing Timothy’s

Thanks be to the Lord for His many blessings upon the recent Leadership meetings held in NY and PA. The congregations of Barkersville Christian Church (NY) and Living Waters Family Worship Center (PA), with Pastors Pat Atwell and Roy Tryon respectively, were most gracious in their hosting. Those coming together were blessed in encouragement to look to the days ahead with the confidence of knowing that the Lord God is with them always. All were challenged to see their capability to grow others as given to us within 2 Tim. 2:2…. “the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.” We look forward to this new season, as each congregation, and all ministers and pastors are seeking the Lord for guidance in developing others as Timothy’s. We will surely see the fruit of the work throughout the bounds of the Church Fellowship.

Disaster Relief Update

Many have immediately responded to the call for assistance into the land of the Philippines. Over the past week, Christ’s Chapel, lead congregation of Full Gospel Assemblies, has sent five shipping boxes of clothing, shoes and a variety of personal need items to the Taysan, Marinduque, and Capiz areas. Cash donations are now coming in from throughout the Fellowship. Friends and family of Full Gospel are pulling together in this moment of need. We are nearing $1000.00 received since the beginning of the drive for the typhoon victims of the Capiz area. Your continued monetary donations through the Fellowship will assist in the rebuilding of lives and the long term needs of the church community there that has suffered such great destruction. May the Lord bless every effort as we bring glory to His name.
Your Love Brings Joy

Our prayer today is that the love of God will shine through you, bring joy to others, as we cross over into the season of the celebration of the birth of our Savior, Christ Jesus. May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost. (Romans 15:13)

Sincerely,

Pastor Simeon Strauser
