Christ, our Passover lamb has been sacrificed.
The devil tried to frustrate our Easter gathering due to inadequate funding, but God was on our side and won the battle for us. We thank Him for enabling us to celebrate our redemption. We were once prisoners of Satan in this world but now Christ has redeemed us. He has paid the price to win our freedom from Satan. The price was His own precious blood shed on the cross of Calvary.
Through Jesus’ death, through His blood, God has delivered us from bondage to sin just as He delivered the Jews from bondage in Egypt.
We praise God for using us to reach out and win souls for Christ during the Holy Week. We showed The Jesus Film and through this movie 20 people came to the Lord. On Black Saturday, we baptized 8 new converts.
On Easter Sunday I preached on the Subject “Christ, Our Passover Lamb, Has Been Sacrificed”. My message came from the following scriptures: Matthew 20:18-19, 1 Corinthians 5: 7-8, and Exodus 12: 14-15.
Because Christ our Passover lamb has been sacrificed, Christians cannot afford to celebrate the new Passover with the yeast of immorality and all the sins of the past life.

Bishop Thomas has also reported that the rebuilding of the home of Tonny Tambala’s family has begun. Tonny is a Project 10-16 recipient. A tree fell on his home during the onslaught of Cyclone Freddy November last year. This caused great damage to the roof and home structure. All glory be to the Lord for the provisions in the said rebuilding project. Pastor Vincent Isaac Mumba supervised the start of laying of the foundation.
