As we continue our call to reach the world for our Lord Jesus Christ, God is bringing into our family additional leadership with a heart of vision. Full Gospel Assemblies & Phrear School of Theology welcome the following faculty and staff to our spiritual family.

Dr. Winston Reyes
Dr. Winston Reyes of Manila, Philippines, begins his ministry as a member of the PST faculty with the opening of the study of Biblical Homiletics this coming Fall 21 semester. Dr. Winston obtained his Doctor of Ministry at Asbury Theological Seminary. In addition to his pastoral ministry, he serves as Faculty and Curriculum Developer for Every Nation Leadership Institute in the Philippines and also as an Adjunct Faculty at Asian Theological Seminary.

Bishop Charles Mapira
Charles joins the Phrear School of Theology, bringing to the student body an extensive background in church planting and ministry education, with a broad cross-cultural experience. He is a graduate of the Baptist Theological College of South Africa (MTh). Bishop Mapira has faithfully served the Full Gospel Assemblies – Malawi in regional ministry oversight and leadership development. He will commence his PST ministry as professor for Biblical studies.

Minister Riesnel Gabion
Minister Riesnel begun ministry with the PST-International Maranatha Institute as teacher of Biblical Studies. Riesnel is currently serving with the Taysan Full Gospel Church study center in the Philippines. He earned his Associates in Computer Systems Design and Programming from AMA Computer Learning Center of the Philippines and is presently an undergraduate student of PST, pursuing his BA in Bible and Theology. Riesnel’s passion is to teach the word of God and make disciples of Christ Jesus.

Shannon Baillie
Shannon has joined the FG / PST central office staff at the Pennsylvania campus. She is serving as Faculty Assistant and Student Services coordinator at PST. Shannon is a recent graduate of Pensacola Christian College, where she majored in English and minored in History. As one who was consistently recognized on the Dean’s and President’s List, she brings a love for excellence in serving in ministry.

Rose Anne Mendoza
Rose Anne is working with the FG / PST office of communications, based in Manila, offering ministry in the areas of writing and IT assistance. She has served as a cross-cultural missionary with Every Nation Ministries in the Philippines, Timor Leste and Kazakhstan. She graduated from the Mapua Institute of Technology in the Philippines, where she earned her Masters Degree in Computer Science. Her call to ministry is evidenced in her years of dedication to church missions, development, teaching, and leadership. Through FG / PST she will continue to touch the nations for our Lord Jesus.
